Owner/Director

Peter Hall is the accomplished director and owner of IPM Contractors, a leading industrial property and maintenance company. With over three decades of experience in the industry, Peter has built an impressive reputation for his exceptional skills, expertise, and attention to detail. He began his career in 1987 as a window cleaner, and soon expanded his services to industrial property maintenance in 1992. Over the years, Peter has worked with some of the largest clients in Australia, earning widespread recognition for his exceptional workmanship and dedication to customer satisfaction. His leadership and passion for excellence make him a true industry leader and an invaluable asset to IPM Contractors.

Brad Hall
General Manager

Brad Hall is the General Manager of Industrial Property Maintenance. With over 15 years of experience in the industry, Brad is an expert in rope access, confined space, and other various industrial maintenance services. He is a proactive leader and an excellent relationship builder, ensuring that clients, stakeholders, and team members are all on the same page. Brad is committed to delivering high-quality workmanship and outstanding customer service, making Industrial Property Maintenance a top choice for clients across various industries.

Dean Fischmann
Executive Projects Officer

IPM would like to announce the addition of Dean Fischmann, MBA, ADipOHS to our project development team in the position as the Executive Projects Officer. Dean will add his talents to our existing executive management team. At IPM the aim of our business to be a proactive leader in environmental sustainability, recycling and energy, with this in mind. Dean brings valued knowledge in large infrastructure project management and planning. He has over a decade of experience in renewable energy and over 30 years in commercial and civil construction. He has representative government and tier one construction organisations as the Construction Manager or Healthy and Safety Environmental lead. IPM look forward to an ongoing and productive relationship that will benefit our stockholders and contribute to our vision for the greener and sustainable future.

Operations Manager

Brad Ramaekers is IPM's operations manager. With a tireless work ethic and a positive attitude, he consistently leads by example, demonstrating his commitment to efficiency, excellence, and teamwork. He is a hands-on leader who is constantly seeking out ways to improve both the operations and the customer experience at IPM. Brad is a problem solver who is always looking for innovative solutions to complex challenges, and he is never satisfied with anything less than the best possible outcome. He is a skilled motivator who inspires his team to achieve their goals and always goes above and beyond to support their success. Brad's leadership and dedication make him an invaluable asset to the IPM team.
